The website works off a MySQL database which is managed by designated Adminstrators using a suite of user-friendly editing scripts. Event Organisers can update their own diary entries by creating a login for themselves.
As well as listing events there is also a directory of regular events and their venues. An interactive map allows users to see what events take place in their local area and get their details.

The Membership page is only viewable by members who have registered to do so using an online registration form.

This website was created with a Content Management System to allow various sections of the website to be edited 'in-house'. The site also has an interactive map to allow users to find details of local meetings and contact the organisers.
The colours and fonts used were chosen to suit the needs of the members, some of whom have sight problems.
